Subscription Agreement: Subscribers to the Alpha Wave Trader® website agree to pay a monthly fee in accordance with the sites Terms of Use. These terms govern the registered subscriber to the use of the Alpha Wave Trader® website. No registered subscriber to Alpha Wave Trader® is permitted to, in whole or in part, copy, sell, reproduce, transmit or publicly display any of the information or materials relative to Alpha Wave Trader®.
Subscriptions to Alpha Wave Trader® are solely for the fee payer and may not be transferred nor given to any other person who is not a registered subscriber to the Alpha Wave Trader® website. The subscriber will be liable for any third party access to the Alpha Wave Trader® website where it is deemed that that the subscriber facilitated access.
Subscription Agreement Cancellation: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the expiration of that subscription. All cancellations are done by subscribers via their PayPal account prior to renewal date, which if not cancelled by subscriber will be renewed automatically. Monthly fees which have been paid prior to the cancellation date will not be refunded in whole or in part.
Subscription Agreement Termination: Alpha Wave Trader® reserves the right to terminate and cancel any subscription agreement should it be found that any failure to conform to the Terms of Use or Subscription Agreement has been committed. Further, any non payment of subscription fees due to a failure of authorization by the subscriber will result in the removal of that subscriber from the Alpha Wave Trader® website. Any prior fees paid by the subscriber will not be refunded in part or in whole.
You assume all risks and liabilities for all trading decisions that you will make.
The purchase, sale or advice regarding Futures Trades can only be performed by a licensed Broker/Dealer. Neither Alla Peters, Alpha Wave Trader® nor any of her affiliates or associates involved in the production and maintenance of these products or this site, is a registered Broker/Dealer or Investment Advisor in any State or Federally-sanctioned jurisdiction. All purchasers of products referenced at this site are encouraged to consult with a licensed representative of their choice regarding any particular trade or trading strategy.
